El intrincado universo del tokiota Yuma Yoshimura a.k.a. YUMANIZUMU está colgando desde ayer en las paredes de la Montana Gallery de Barcelona y desde hoy es posible acercarse a contemplarlo.
Un universo monocromático con el que, paradójicamente, el autor pretende reflejar «el ajetreo y bullicio que nos rodea en las grandes ciudades como en la que él creció». YUMANIZUMU is a painter with a twisted and tribalistic vision of the large population centers as the one from which he proceeds: Tokyo. In his formerly years he injected plenty of colours to the shoes he customized but these days, on walls, his approach and perspectives are less vivid but, paradoxically, more powerful.
